2016, My weight is 69, Now we are moving from Dilsuknagar to Medipally.

I have had migraine problems for so many years, But this time I want to take proper treatment. I consulted a doctor, and he said It is a long process treatment. I decided to go with the treatment, then I started drastically gaining weight.

After 20 months, In
October 2019 I completed my migraine treatment, after that, Migraine never affected me, At last, I am free from it, But, I gained so much weight even after treatment I gained one more kg.
Jun-2019 I weighed 88.2 kgs, Which is the highest till now.
In Dec-2019 I weighed 88.2
In the same month, I joined the gym and paid for the trainer as well. after 3 months of hard work I reached 80.5 in Mar -2020. Yup, I am going with full force this time.
Unexpectedly my plans got disturbed with Covid-19 lockdown. No gym, no outdoor exercises.
Almost after three months of lockdown, I reached 82.2 kgs by Dec-2020.
Apr-2021 managed to reach 80.5 kgs again.
May-2021
I challenged myself to reduce my weight to below 75 within 30 days. 72 within 60 days. 70 within 100 days.
This time no gym, and not following anyone's plans. I prepared a plan myself and started my weight loss journey.

Yeah, One month completed, So far I lost 14 Kgs from the highest. Now discuss my daily diet and workout plan.
Diet: Except for 3 days, I followed the below diet for 27 days.

Week 1:
No special diet, Just eat whatever cooked in your home, but reduce the quantity on daily basis, So our body will be ready for the calorie deficit.

Breakfast: Cup of Corn flakes with milk, Lemmon Tea
Lunch: One bowl of rice[100G] and curry
Dinner: Cup of Museli with milk
Week 3:
Breakfast: week 1 + 1 White egg
Lunch: week 1
Snacks: 6 Almonds
Dinner: week 1
